Following
the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
below, we present the purpose for processing your personal data and
the extent to which we do so. After completing the registration card,
it is necessary for you to present an identity document to verify the
accuracy of the data.
In
accordance with article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
we inform you that:

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows: art.
6(1)(b) GDPR (i.e. the processing of data is necessary to perform the
contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request
before the contract is concluded); art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (i.e. the
processing of data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation which is
incumbent on us, such as an archiving obligation); and art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR (i.e. the processing is necessary for the purposes of our
legitimate interests - in this case determination, investigation or
defence of claims, ensuring the safety of VILLA BOTANICA guests and
other persons staying at the VILLA BOTANICA - monitoring).
Personal
data are processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and other
services provided by VILLA BOTANICA. Furthermore, the purpose of
processing personal data by VILLA BOTANICA is:
- to
pursue any potential claims by VILLA BOTANICA in connection with the
damage caused by the guests, or defence against their claims;
- to
document the performance of services for tax purposes,

VILLA BOTANICA also processes guests' personal data collected by
VILLA BOTANICA monitoring in order to ensure the safety of its guests
and other persons staying at the VILLA BOTANICA. Monitoring data can
be made available upon request of the relevant services and will be
processed for a maximum period of 14 days from the date of
registration, and then it will be permanently erased.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude
and perform the contract or issue an invoice. If the processing of
data is regulated by law, provision of this data is mandatory.

The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to whom
we are required to provide data under applicable law, e.g. the Rewal
municipality - climate fee, the Tax Office, and entities providing
accounting services, IT, financial, legal, transport services,
delivering parcels courier and mail.

Your personal data will be processed by us for no longer than it is
necessary for the proper implementation of the purposes referred to
in point2, for the entire period during which the contract will be
performed, and later, i.e. in connection with the implementation of
the 5-year tax obligation or until the expiry of the limitation
period for any claims arising from the contract or the final
termination of the proceedings related to claims and rights arising
from the contract.

You have the right to request from us access to personal data,
rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data; the
right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, and
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the
